formerly Fremont Community Clinics
Neighborhood Healthsource has provided high-quality primary health care for over
40 years. The cornerstones are its three community-based clinic sites
conveniently located in North and Northeast Minneapolis. Operated for decades as Fremont Community Clinics, the organization name was changed to Neighborhood HealthSource in 2010.
At Neighborhood HealthSource you can get the highest quality health care for yourself and your children, whether you're covered or not. All 3 of our clinics see patients without health insurance, with the cost based on a sliding fee scale. We can also help those eligible apply for public health insurance programs, and for those with coverage - we accept most plans. Learn More>
Our clinics are staffed by highly-skilled doctors, certified nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, registered nurses and certified nurse-midwives. Our family and medicine physicians have completed specialty training and are board certified. Our Nurse Practitioners and Nurse-Midwives have completed advanced training and are certified in primary health care. Learn More>
